Adding a Vacant Cost Recovery connection for an existing Utility Account

1. Navigate to Utility Bills inside of VITALITY https://app.vitality.io/v2/utility-bills

2. Find the Account that is to be a Vacant Cost Recovery (VCR) Account

3. Click on the Utility Account name to enter the Utility Account form

4. Click "Vacant Cost Recovery" Menu

5. Click this checkbox.

6. Click here to select the Vacant Cost Recovery Line Item (previously made)

7. Select the Line Item

8. Click here to open the available points from the Utility Account

9. Click the desired point

10. Click "Save VCR Settings"
