1. Navigate to Vitality - Utility Billing Software
2. Search for your account in the search bar.
3. Select the checkbox for the utility account.
4. Click "Deactivate 1 Account"
5. Click "Deactivate" to confirm deactivation.
NOTE: If the account is assigned to a line item, you may encounter an error. Deactivating an account that is assigned to a line item is not possible. To resolve this issue, remove the account from the line item.
