How to Deactivate a Utility Account in Vitality

Learn the process for deactivating specific utility accounts within the Vitality platform. This guide explains how to locate your account and navigate the deactivation settings to manage your property utilities effectively.

2. Search for your account in the search bar.

3. Select the checkbox for the utility account.

4. Click "Deactivate 1 Account"

5. Click "Deactivate" to confirm deactivation.

NOTE: If the account is assigned to a line item, you may encounter an error. Deactivating an account that is assigned to a line item is not possible. To resolve this issue, remove the account from the line item.
