Utility Bills In The Accounts Payable Report Have A Check, But Aren't Exporting.

This guide provides a step-by-step process to resolve issues with bills that fail to export due to missing data. By following the instructions, users can efficiently identify and correct data gaps in utility bills, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

1. Go to: https://app.vitality.io/reports/payable-export All configured bills will have the checkbox indicating they're ready for export.

2. Click "Download Payable Report".

3. Notice the warning box where it says: "2 of the bills were found that did not have GL codes assigned to points". These 2 bills were not exported and are missing data on the utility bill that are preventing the bill from exporting.

In the following steps you will find the points that are setup for UEM and enter the data the Utility Bill form.

4. Find the bills that are still checked and copy the account number.

5. Open https://app.vitality.io/v2/assets/properties and find the correct property.

6. Open the points tab.

7. Enter the account number to find the points.

8. Sort the UEM GL column.

9. Verify which points are connected for UEM. This will tell us which points to look at on the utility bill entry form.

10. Go to https://app.vitality.io/v2/utility-bills and search the account number.

11. Click the pencil icon to edit.

12. Find the points with UEM GL codes and enter the missing data and click save.

14. Verify the message that the bill has been exported.
