Alert: To import new line item amounts, REMEMBER TO CREATE THE LINE ITEM FIRST. Fill in at least one line item amount, and then SAVE. Once saved, you can follow the below steps to import a csv version of all line item amounts.
1. Navigate to Line Items inside the Billing Center.
2. Click on this Upload CSV button to start the import process.
3. Click here to find the Line Item that you want to import into.
4. Click on the Line Item name as shown in the example below.
5. Click "Download Existing Amounts" to have the system download the existing line item amounts for you to add to and use as an example.
6. Complete the downloaded spreadsheet with all the line item amounts and save for later use.
7. Go back to the line item import form and click "Choose Files" to upload the saved file.
8. You will see the file in the Ready to Import section.
9. Click the "Import Line Item Amounts" button to start having the system import the line item csv.
10. You will be able to watch the import completion status. If you click on the status, it will open up the line item history to allow you more detail on what the system is processing.
11. The system will show the extra detail for you to know if there is an error or completion. In the event of an error, the system will tell you what needs to be corrected. Correct it and re-import.
12. Once complete, you can see all of your import histories. To see them, follow these steps.
13. Click "View Import History"
14. The list of all your histories will display.
15. Click "View Details" to see more details of the import to see how you can correct any errors.
16. Click "Close" to close the details form.
17. For more assistance, click on this button to have the system turn on the import wizard.
