What Does The Triangle In The Accounts Payable Report Mean?

1. Bills with the Warning Triangle have not been setup and will not export.

2. Copy the "Account Number"

3. Go to: https://app.vitality.io/v2/assets/properties and find the correct property.

4. Go to the "Points" tab.

5. Search the "Account Number"

6. On the points you want to connect for export, click the "Pencil" edit icon.

7. Open the "Expense Reporting" tab.

8. Enter the GL Code, Accounting Code, and Accounting Code Description and click save.

10. Go back to https://app.vitality.io/reports/payable-export and re-submit the date range.

11. The bill will show the "βœ“" indicating its configured and ready for export. You can now export the bill.
