Transfer Residents New Vitality Account to Vitality Existing Account

This guide provides a straightforward process for transferring a resident's New Vitality Account to an existing account, ensuring a seamless transition.

1. Click "User Settings"

2. Click Account Settings

3. Click "Users"

4. Click the "Search:" field and search for existing resident

5. Click the pencil under "Edit"

6. Click Tenant Accounts, Delete the account number present and Enter New Account number

7. Find the New Account number by going to the Billing Center

8. Click the Property

9. Here will be the New Account number
